4. Approve/Disapprove/Action/Discussion

A. *(2007-14) Eugene & Julie Maier, 5007 Hillpoint Road, rezone 7.8 acres from A1-ex

to RH-1 to create two 3.9 acre residential parcels.

B. *(2007-15) Bridget Sauer, 6217 Old Settlers Road, rezone 4.09 acres from A1-ex to

residential to create a 1.31 acre lot and a 2.78 acre lot.

5. Discussion/action on report on status of task force on zoning revision

6. *Review Comprehensive Plan for possible updates

7. Adjourn

Members of the Town Board of the Town of Berry may attend the meeting at the above specified time and place.  Board members will attend for the purpose of gathering information regarding the above agenda.  No votes or other action will be taken by the town board at this meeting.
