I. CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. Members present: Anthony Varda, Judy Laubmeier and Chad Weberg. Alex Gemrich was late. Stan Theis was absent. Also present, Brenda Kahl, Clerk/Treasurer

II. APPROVE MINUTES OF JANUARY 14, 2008

Motion Weberg/Varda to approve the January 14, 2008 minutes. Motion carried. Vote 3-0

IV. APPROVE/DISAPPROVE/ACTION/DISCUSSION

A. *(2008-1) Shirley Kerl, 9243 State Road 19, rezone 1.88 acres from C-2 to A-2(1)

Motion Varda/Laubmeier to recommend approval of Shirley Kerl’s rezone of 1.88 acres from C-2 to A-2(1). Motion carried. Vote 3-0

V. DISCUSSION/POSSIBLE ACTION, Thomas Linley, 8131 W Hillpoint Road, on potential rezone to LC-1(1)(a)(b) to construct new accessory building

Discussion only. No objections by Plan Commission members. Table until receive application for rezone.
