Motion Gemrich/Laubmeier to approve the June 2, 2008 minutes. Motion carried.

Ryan Suter, 9436 State Road 19, rezone 3 acres from A1-ex to RH-1 and
3 acres from RH-1 to A1-ex. Moving previously-approved zoning site
Motion Varda/Evert to recommend approval of Ryan Suter’s rezone of 3 acres from A1-ex to RH-1 and 3 acres from RH-1 to A1-ex. Motion carried. Vote 5-0
B. *(2008-9) Carole Johnson,
A1-ex to RH-4 and 8.5 acres (lot 2) from A1-ex to RH-3
Motion Varda/Gemrich to recommend approval of Carole Johnson’s rezone of 20.5 (lot 1) acres from
A1-ex to RH-4 and 8.5 acres (lot 2) from A1-ex to RH-3 contingent upon submission of a joint driveway agreement that conforms with the Town’s ordinance regulations. Motion carried. Vote 5-0
C. *(2008-10) Joe Frost,
Motion Laubmeier/Varda to recommend approval of Joe Frost’s driveway permit application with the condition of adding a culvert about 300 feet in from the roadway. Motion carried. Vote 5-0
D. *(2008-11) Matthew Wolff,
Motion Varda/Evert to recommend approval of Matthew Wolff’s driveway permit application. Motion carried. Vote 5-0
E. *(2007-6) Stephen Herson,
Motion Gemrich/Laubmeier to recommend approval of Stephen Herson’s final driveway. Motion carried. Vote 5-0
