7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Bring your drivers license to all elections.

Voter Registration
As of January 1, 2006 all Berry's residents will need to have registered with the Town prior to voting. Contact the town clerk if you have not filled out a Voter Registration Form or download the form here get absentee ballot pdf document.
Acceptable forms of proof of residence are:
• A current and valid Wisconsin driver’s license
• A current and valid Wisconsin ID card
• A university, college or technical institute identification card or fee card that contains a photograph of the cardholder
• Any other official identification card or license issued by a Wisconsin governmental body
• An identification card issued by an employer on the normal course of business and bearing a photo of the card holder, but not including a business card
• A residential lease which is effective for a period that includes election day (excludes registering by mail)
• A real estate tax bill or receipt for the current year or the year preceding the date of the election
• A cable television, gas, electric, telephone or other utility service statement for the period commencing not earlier than 90 days before election day
• A bank statement, current paycheck, or check or other document issued by a unit of government

Absentee Voting
Any qualified registered elector who is unable or unwilling to appear at the polling place on election day may request to vote by an absentee ballot. A qualified elector is any U.S. citizen, who will be 18 years of age or older on election day, who has resided in the ward or municipality where he or she wishes to vote for at least 10 days before the election. If voter registration is required, the elector must also be registered.
To obtain an absentee ballot you must make a request in writing. Your options are:
1. Download the Application for Absentee Voting, get absentee ballot pdf document complete the form and mail it to the Town Hall, 9046 State Road 19, Mazomanie, WI 53560. The application must be received by the town clerk no later than 5:00 pm on the Friday before the election in order for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you.
2. Request an absentee ballot by letter. Your written request must list your voting address within the municipality where you wish to vote, the address where the absentee ballot should be sent, if different, and your signature. Mail it to the Town Hall, 9046 State Road 19, Mazomanie, WI 53560. The letter must be received by the town clerk no later than 5:00 pm on the Friday before the election in order for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you.
3. Fax the Application for Absentee Voting or letter requesting an absentee ballot to the town clerk at 767-3015 by 5:00 pm on the Thursday before the election in order for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you. The original must be mailed the same day as the fax.
4. Email the Application for Absentee Voting or letter requesting an absentee ballot to the town clerk at 767-3015 by 5:00 pm on the Thursday before the election in order for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you. The original must be mailed the same day as the email.
5. Request an absentee ballot in person at the town hall. This can be done up until 5:00 pm on the day before the election. As soon as ballots are available, voters requesting an absentee ballot in person can vote immediately at the town hall.
